This policy explains how URFX handles personal data when you use URFX Copy.
1. Data we collect
- Name and email address.
- Billing country, state/region and postal code (needed to calculate tax).
- TradeMate account numbers you connect.
- TradeMate login credentials, stored encrypted.
- Usage and log data (e.g. sign-ins, errors, IP address).
- Cookies needed to keep you signed in.
2. Why we use it
To run your account, take payments, calculate tax, link and (once launched) copy between your accounts, provide support, keep the service secure, and meet legal obligations.
3. Who processes it
- COPE (CopeCart) — card payments.
- OxaPay — crypto payments.
- Lovable Cloud (Supabase) — hosting and database.
- Our email provider — account and service emails.
We never sell your data.
4. Retention
We keep your data while your account is open and afterwards only as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal requirements. Deleting an account or connection removes its saved login.
5. Security
Trading-account passwords are encrypted at rest and can only be read by our servers — never shown back to you or anyone else. Access to data is limited to what each part of the service needs.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by emailing support@copytradeurfx.com.
7. Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to run the service. Only if you click Accept in our cookie banner do we load Google Analytics (Google) and the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) to measure visits, checkout steps and purchases (plan and amount, never card or login details) and to measure our ads. We keep a record of your choice and when you made it. You can change or withdraw it anytime via "Cookie settings" in the site footer; Reject keeps only essential cookies.
